Expectations for Your First Visit
After you’ve scheduled your first appointment with us, here are a few things to keep in mind and documentation to collect before your visit.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
- All minors under 18 will need a parent or guardian with them
- Print off and bring your completed New Patient paperwork*
- Bring the following documentation: photo ID, insurance card, list of current medications including dose and frequency, medical and surgical history, recent test results (x-rays, etc.), and reason for being seen
* Fill out as much as you are able to cut down on the time required to prepare your information before your appointment. All new patients must submit this form upon arrival for their first visit.
Our Insurance Providers
Our office accepts a variety of Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO), Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO), and other health plans. You are responsible for co-payments or charges not covered by your insurance. If you have any billing questions, please call our office. Questions regarding coverage and benefits should be directed to your insurance company.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each office location has slightly different days of the week they are open, so check the location you are interested in for their specific days. However, typical office hours are Monday – Thursday from 8 AM – 5 PM and on Fridays from 8 AM – 12 PM.
Yes, all locations are closed from 12 PM – 1 PM for lunch.

HMO and VA patients require a referral, but standard insurances do not.
We will treat any age, including newborn babies.
Yes, we can take x-rays at our offices.
Yes, we do biopsies but not blood work.
Laser treatments are available at our Greer office.
Yes, we have over-the-counter and custom orthotics available at ALL locations. Custom orthotics are fabricated at the Simpsonville location.
Yes, we request that you remove polish.
We have multiple locations across the Upstate: Simpsonville A and B, Spartanburg, Laurens, and Greer. Learn more about each office on our Locations page.
You can enter Suite A at our Simpsonville location through the front entry. Enter Suite B at our Simpsonville location through the side entry.
