Dr. William Long, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. William Long joined Upstate Podiatry Group in July of 2013. He is a native of Spartanburg, SC, and a graduate of South Carolina State University. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree before serving 8 years of active duty in the United States Coast Guard. While stationed in Charleston, SC, Dr. Long was selected to supervise the Maritime Homeland Security Office Department in response to the horrific events of 9/11.
Dr. Long later earned his Master of Arts Degree from the Citadel and later acquired his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University. Dr. Long completed his four year foot and ankle residency at the University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian Medical Center before returning to the Upstate.
Dr. Long enjoys practicing in South Carolina and being an active member of the community.
