Dr. Isabella Saley is a board-qualified podiatric physician and surgeon dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate foot and ankle care. She is originally from Virginia Beach, VA but is thrilled to be in beautiful South Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina before obtaining her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago. Dr. Saley went on to complete her three-year surgical residency at Carilion Virginia Tech, a Level I trauma center in Roanoke, Virginia, where she served as chief resident during her final year. Her training included advanced forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgical procedures, wound care, sports injuries of the foot and ankle, trauma and fracture management, and diabetic limb salvage.

Dr. Saley believes in open communication and collaboration between a physician and patient to create individualized treatment plans that help each patient function as their best self. She is committed to providing the highest quality of care through both conservative and surgical treatments.

When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Saley enjoys trying local restaurants, traveling, cheering for the Gamecocks, and spending time with her husband and their dogs.
